Refund Policy

Customers may receive a refund if the item is out of stock and the order cannot be fulfilled in its entirety. We will contact you via email if this situation occurs.

We take out insurance on all our packages. Please contact us via email at vtcarrollton@gmail.com ASAP if your package has sustained damage or appears to have been tampered with. If the package or merchandise is damaged or lost during shipment, customers may receive a refund after an insurance claim has been made for the damage.

We inspect the exterior of all merchandise prior to shipment to ensure our customers are only provided with the best quality of merchandise. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us via email.


Delivery Policy

We strive to fulfill orders as fast as is possible for our small team. Please be advised it may possibly take 1-2 weeks for your package to arrive. NOTE: If your item is a gift or is time-sensitive, please contact us via email so we are aware.

Sometimes if an item is out of stock in our Carrollton location, we will special order a restock from South Korea. This can take 7-10 days for it to arrive at our shop. If this situation occurs and we anticipate a delay, we will contact you via email with options concerning your order.

We have three delivery options - In Store Pickup (free), USPS Regional Shipping ($10), and USPS Priority Shipping ($15). We only ship to US States, Puerto Rico, and Guam at this time.

In Store Pickup is free and is aimed at our customers who live within easy driving distance of our Carrollton, TX, location. If you live near us, please utilize this option if possible. If you would like someone to pick up your order for you - please forward them the order confirmation email with your order information and we will release the package to them. Note: If something happens and you cannot pickup your order, please contact us and we can arrange for it to be shipped to you.

USPS Regional Shipping is $10 and is for those located in or near Texas that have inexpensive shipping rates, along with some places we are in solidarity with, such as Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Guam.

USPS Priority Shipping is $15 and is for states located far from Texas that have more expensive shipping rates.

Sometimes if your package is less than 1 lb and is eligible for USPS First Class shipping, we will use First Class shipping. We will refund any excess shipping cost to you if possible.

Our shipping rates are usually just enough to cover the cost of shipping fees and shipping supplies. We reserve the right to adjust our shipping rates at any time.

Return Policy

In general we have no returns or exchanges in store or online. Exceptions can be made in certain situations. Please contact us nicely via email if you have any questions.


Cancellation Policy

If your order hasn’t left our shop, we can always cancel it! Please contact us via email with your order information if you would like us to cancel your order. You will receive a full refund.
